For the green future…

We work hard every day trying to find new solutions for better sustainability.

Our food is prepared with local and seasonal ingredients and that way we are investing in our own community. Also by buying local ingredients we are reducing fossil fuels consumed for food transportation, and that reduces air pollution and cuts back on greenhouse gas emissions.

When preparing the food we are trying to eliminate waste by recycling, composting, and reducing the usage of single-use plastic. Our goal is zero landfill waste.

We are trying not to have much leftover food. If we do have some leftover food that is safe for further use, by public health standards, it would be donated to homeless shelters. And if not it would be composted.

Those are just a few examples of how we are trying to invest in a better future.  But alone we cannot make a big change so…
